We offer free standard shipping and all orders are shipped with tracking number for a peace of mind. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and delivered within 1-3 working days. Please note that this may take longer during festive periods. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, please allow additional days when the item is in transit or delivery.
Luxe Novel is based in Singapore, and we currently only offer and ship our products locally. However, we are working hard to make our products available worldwide in the future, so stay tuned!
RETURNS
All sales are final and we do not offer returns or refund. The condition of the product is clearly stated in the product description, and the pictured item is the exact piece you will receive. Disclaimer: As the reworked charms are all vintage, you may expect light scratches and minimal tarnishes. We seek your kind cooperation to check the product carefully before purchase.
