At Luxe Novel, we are passionate about reworking vintage designer pieces in a purposeful and creative manner. We strive to restore the shine and increase the brilliance of our vintage charms to create one of a kind jewellery. Through our brand, we hope to increase the awareness and appreciation for vintage luxury, and inspire a new interest in reworked jewellery.
OUR AUTHENTICATION PROCESS
At Luxe Novel, we ensure that all our accessories are sourced from credible vintage designer markets by not only conducting rigorous checks on the individual pieces, but also its supplier and origins.
We pride ourselves in a stringent two-step authentication process to ensure the legitimacy of all our reworked jewellery. Foremost, our designer accessories are reviewed by an external third-party authenticator (including jewellery specialists and certified gemologists), who inspects and verifies that each piece is genuine.
For an added assurance, our trained in-house specialists conduct a second stage of physical inspection, by ensuring that the details of the vintage pieces conform to the quality standards of specific brand names and manufacturers – including its hardware, date codes, serial numbers, authenticity stamp, materials, stitching and craftsmanship.
With the entire authentication process overseen by both third-party authenticators and our in-house specialists, we ensure that our charms are certified authentic to bring you only genuine jewellery pieces.

OUR QUALITY STANDARDS
At Luxe Novel, we conduct preliminary visual inspection of all our vintage accessories before we acquire it. Recognising that vintage pieces may come with flaws including scratches and tarnishes, we ensure high standards are kept when selecting and procuring these pieces. We do not rework accessories or charms that do not conform to our upheld standards, or have defects that cannot be restored through cleaning or polishing. By keeping high quality standards, we hope to inspire confidence and build trust with all our customers.
