As our charms are reworked from a pre-owned/vintage designer piece, there may be minor flaws present (i.e. scratches or tarnishes). Kindly review the condition of the pendant charms from the close up pictures above (front/back), and feel free to contact us if you have any additional queries.

Our jewellery are all repurposed; redesigned to be modified forms of authentic designer pieces that may defer from what they were originally intended for. We do not claim rights to the logos, symbols and designs behind each designer brand.

We provide free standard shipping for all our products. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and delivered within 1-3 working days. Please note that this may take longer during festive periods.

 

We do not accept returns or refund. All sales are final.

The charms and chains we use are mostly plated and are vulnerable to tarnishing. Please avoid wearing your jewellery when showering, swimming or exercising, and refrain from spraying perfume on areas that may come into contact with the jewellery. Please also keep your jewellery away from soaps, cleaners and other chemicals.

 

To prevent scratches and to maintain the condition of your jewellery, store it in the accompanying box with the anti-tarnish strip. To clean the jewellery, use a soft cloth and gently rub on the surface of the charm and chain to remove dirt or dust, and to restore shine.
